Val is a self-declared “fabricaholic”, and has sewn all her life. She became interested in patchwork in the mid-1980’s, teaching herself the basics, but still doing workshops with her patchwork groups on techniques which interest her.
Her main interest lies in scrap quilts, and she likes to use as many fabrics as possible.
